One of the Beltico Group's core activities in Continental Europe and Brazil is the development and management of resorts and properties as long-term investments.

The Group's Real Estate Programme was initiated in the early 1980s. As well as building and selling on individual properties, the Group retains resort services and management as part of its long-term investment and involvement in the future of each development.

On an international level, the Beltico Group is involved in resort and commercial development, hotel construction, golf course construction and management, as well as real estate promotion in the UK, Continental Europe, South America, North Africa and the Far East. In the UK at present, under London & Lisbon Properties and Qube Homes, the Group traditionally looks to sell and trade on properties and developments, without remaining involved in their future running and management. The core activities being commercial, mixed use and residential development.
